This page provides you with the dates of coming board and committee meetings, as well as access to the agenda (1 week prior - addendums can be added as late as the same day as the meeting) and the link to watch the LIVE streamed meeting.

Everything you need to know to make a 3 min delegation at a board of trustees meeting and advocate for yourself, your child, your school or needed policy changes. NOTE: schools can make multiple delegations at the same meeting -contact your trustee and get on the agenda early. 

Contact the Board's Recording Secretary (416-222-8282 ext. 2293) if you need help. Delegating is a great place to let ALL trustees know about local needs and demand necessary action by those who represent students and parents.

Here you'll find pending reports for board and committee meetings -outstanding asks from past meetings. It includes target dates for the meeting at which the report will be on the agenda - but, please note that this can shift. Contact your local trustee or the Board Recording Secretary

Here you'll find approved public motions by month and year. Unfortunately there is no search capability and it will be a couple of months out of date. You'll need to review the original board agenda or minutes for more content on the approved motion.

Past board and committee meetings are grouped by year and type - both written agendas and minutes, as well as video recordings of meetings. No search capability, so you'll need to know what you're looking for or spend some time looking for it, unfortunately.
